Ground Inspection Technology

Welcome to JarðarGreining

Property maintenance can become costly when hidden issues like leaks or structural damage go undetected. Traditional inspections are often disruptive and imprecise, leading to uncertainty and unexpected repairs.

JarðarGreining offers a solution that uncovers hidden problems with ease, helping homeowners detect issues early, reduce costs, and maintain confidence in their property—all without invasive methods.

Our Product

Our device, composed of an instrument and data processing software, will produce a precise 3D map of the subsurface, locating and identifying utilities (through color coding), providing insights on the hidden state of properties (leaks, moisture, structural failure, etc.)

Our Vision

We aim to make precise subsurface insights an essential part of every property inspection, replacing guesswork with actionable data. Through cutting-edge innovation, we raise the standard of accuracy, safety, and sustainability in property assessments.

Our Market

Our solution targets homeowners, contractors, and insurance companies seeking accurate, non-invasive subsurface assessments. Initially offering services, we will evolve into product manufacture and software sales, building trust and a reputation for excellence along the way.

Why JarðarGreining?

Our technology minimizes risk, saves time, and reduces costs by revealing critical subsurface issues early, without any disruption to property owners or businesses.
